It is not hard for me to watch movies, I have been watching 10 or more a week. However, it is more difficult to keep up on the reviews. I am over a month behind in my reviews (40-50 reviews), a lame start for my blog.
Contrary to popular belief at the places I rent movies, I do have a life outside watching movies. I just have really good time-management, multi-task, and prioritize (although I don't always do the things of the highest priority first...). Moving in to my new digs and having every day free to do with what I please has been amazing. I have had friends over or hung out with people at least 5 days/nights a week. I know that this will die down as soon as the school year hits and my job starts so I have been taking advantage of as much friend time as I can.
Yes I know, excuses excuses. However, I must insist that I am not a blog writer who devotes herself solely to her blog. Despite watching 10 movies a week, I will schedule them around my social life and if need be, not get around to watching 10 in a week on busy weeks (but still as close to 10 as I can).
Speaking of which, I am going on a vacation to California to visit some family, so that will most likely be a week that I cannot keep up. When I went to Seattle to visit my brother, he is as much of a movie guy as I am, so I was still able to keep up with my 10, but I do not expect to watch as many movies next week/weekend. Maybe if I don't get all of the reviews done this week I will write some on the plane ride...
Good news is, I have a lot I want to write and I look forward to posting some actual updates soon. Maybe even some tonight.
